Northumberland History

In the south of Northumberland sits Britain's greatest Roman monument, World Heritage Site Hadrian's Wall. Horsley Printmakers is an independent working studio where artist printmakers, Carol Nunan and Rebecca Vincent, teach printmaking weekend workshops, day workshops, evening classes and more in all manner of printmaking media including linocuts, etching, wood engraving, etc.

The two artists also make and sell their original and limited edition hand-made and digital giclee prints from their studio. The studio is one of eight artists studios plus a cafe based in a converted 17th century manse and 19th century schoolrooms situated in Horsley not far from Hadrian s Wall, ten minutes west of Newcastle and Gateshead off A69 roughly half way between Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Hexham.
