Located just over 700 metres from a sandy beach and 5 minutes from the nearest local amenities, the property is perfect for families with up to two well behaved pets.
Situated on the Cleveland Way National Trail, Skinningrove is ideally placed for touring Yorkshire's Heritage Coastline and is a short drive away from the North Yorks Moors National Park. As such it offers wonderful opportunities for walking, hiking and trekking with many family and dog friendly paths nearby. The Yorkshire coastline has a great number of beautiful sandy beaches, including the beach at Skinningrove itself and those at nearby Saltburn by the Sea, Runswick Bay and Whitby.
Heritage Grove Cottage in Skinningrove has two bedrooms consisting of one king-size four-poster bedroom, and one adaptable double/twin room with an additional stacker bed. A wonderful spiral staircase leads down to a very well equipped kitchen with spacious dining area and an exposed brick wall with a huge Yorkshire Range at its centre. The property boasts a luxury bathroom with corner bath and a has walk-in shower room on the ground floor. The sitting room is spacious and relaxing again with a feature exposed brick wall and gorgeous original arched windows as well as a sofa bed providing additional sleeping quarters.
To the exterior of Heritage Grove Cottage there is a magnificent shared, enclosed garden and courtyard with a barbecue and ample off road parking for guests vehicles. The property has full gas central heating, with all fuel and electricity charges included in the rental fee. A high-chair is available on request. Bed linen is provided ready fitted.
