About this property
Beautiful Northumberland is home to historic buildings, beautiful countryside, pretty market towns and wonderful coastline. Here at East Horton House, we offer B&B accommodation that makes a great base for exploration, in peaceful Wooler only a short drive from the Northumberland National Park. Our accommodation is traditional and luxurious and stands close to the coast and Alnwick Castle, both of which can be reached in half an hour. We're also close to England's border with Scotland, making day trips to Edinburgh as easy as a 1.5-hour drive along A-roads.
Our B&B offers exceptional views and has three spacious en-suite guest rooms including hospitality trays, TVs and hairdryers. One of our rooms is a large twin room, and the other two are doubles. All include plenty of space to sit and relax. We provide books, magazines and tourist information, and we have a homely guest lounge including a further TV. Served in our elegant dining room our breakfasts are made from fresh, local produce, organic and free-range wherever possible. Choices include fruit, cereals, a full English, toast, fish options and a selection of juices, as well as preserves and home-baked breads and a variety of hot beverages.
