At this family run hotel you will be warmly greeted by our friendly staff that make it their priority that you have a relaxed and enjoyable stay. If there are any extras you need do not hesitate to ask, our staff are more than happy to help. Take time to sit on the deck where in the summer you can view the Sunderland air show from. It is also a great place to unwind and admire the beautiful and lapping sea. In the mornings enjoy our delicious breakfast with a variety of food on offer.
From the Balmoral Guest House you will find it easy to access Sunderland’s city centre where there are numerous attractions and events on offer. In the evening why not try one of the numerous bars or restaurants in town before heading to the Empire Theatre to catch a show. Or to truly experience the coastal resort town why not venture to one of the various sea side fish and chip shops and enjoy the local catch with stunning views in the background. If you want to go further afield a mere ten minute walk will take you to the neighbouring resort of Seaburn for more sights and entertainment.
