Just a ten-minute walk from historic Alnwick Castle, surrounded by beautiful Northumberland countryside, our wonderful Ravensmede Cottage B&B occupies an excellent location half an hour from the Northumberland National Park and just ten minutes from the coast. We have a selection of modern and comfortable bedrooms and we offer peace and quiet in a tranquil and restful environment.

Our rooms are en-suite and include TVs, DVD players, hairdryers and alarm clocks, as well as hot beverage supplies. We have fold-out beds to convert either our Laburnum Room or our Sycamore Room (both doubles) into rooms suitable for families with children over the age of twelve. Laburnum has use of a bathroom with an over-bath shower, and Sycamore has a shower room with power shower. We have wireless internet connection for guest use at no additional cost. Our extensive breakfast menu features fresh fruit, juices, cereals, yoghurts, toast, preserves, hot beverages, bacon and egg stotties, kippers, scrambled or poached eggs on toast, beans on toast or you can have our delicious full English including vegetarian options.
