This pet friendly guest house enjoys a village centre location and is set in an acre of gardens surrounded by mature trees and superb views of the Cheviots. The guest house offers a warm welcome to guests and is ideal for a relaxing retreat away from the pressures of modern life.

The Estate House lies in the heart of Northumberland's 'Secret Kingdom' between the A1 and A697. The guest house enjoys a tranquil setting and makes an ideal base from which to explore the attractions of Northumberland. Within easy reach you will find walking, cycling, fishing and golf as well as historically important battlefields, castles, historic houses and gardens. The Northumberland coastline is both romantic and beautiful and offers rugged coastlines, pretty villages and sweeping sandy beaches.

Rooms Description

The Estate House offers elegant and spacious 4 Star accommodation. There is a cosy residents lounge with information about the area. There are three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) which are all en-suite. The rooms all have colour televisions (with Freeview), tea and coffee making facilities, and hairdryers. The spacious dining room overlooks the garden and is a great place to relax over a meal and watch the abundance of wildlife which ihabit this area. There is ample parking, a lock up garage for cycles, and we are open all year round. Pets are welcome.

Specialities

Evening meals are available by arrangement and our breakfast menu caters for a variety of tastes. We use as much local, organic, and home grown produce as possible and packed lunches are also available.
